2. Service Obligation

2.1 Michelle Chumash and her suppliers will not be liable for any loss of data or information resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries or service interruptions caused by events beyond the control of Michelle Chumash, her suppliers, or by errors or omissions of the Customer. Michelle Chumash and her suppliers specifically exclude any representation or warranty that:

If the Customer accesses other content or other services from third party sites, Michelle Chumash is not responsible for the Customer's compliance with local laws or other applicable laws.

6. Personal Information

6.1 By accessing this site, you agree that Michelle Chumash has the right to put the names and other information from the registration form relating to its Customers or from use of the Service by the Customer into a computerized directory either:

a)      for use by Michelle Chumash for sales and marketing purposes; or
