Photographed by Steve Bronstein, this 1999 ad is on the back cover of the 12/20/99 issue of National Review magazine. This may well be the last Absolut Vodka ad of the 20th Century! Oh, by the way did I fail to mention that the bottle in the ad is about twice the width of a normal size bottle; hence, the reference to Texas, the US State where everything is larger than life!! By the way, the spotlight barely covers the bottle, with virtually no reflection onto the backdrop. |
